We currently do not offer expedited shipping, priority processing, or rush delivery options. All orders are fulfilled on a first-come, first-served basis following our standard processing timeline, with no premium speed options available for any purchase.

We provide complimentary standard shipping for all orders, with no minimum purchase requirement and no hidden handling fees. The price displayed on our product pages and at checkout is the final total price you pay — there are no additional shipping charges added to your order.

Once your order has been dispatched from our fulfillment facility, standard delivery takes 6–12 business days for all destinations. This delivery timeline applies uniformly across all locations we serve.

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and are calculated from the date of shipment, not the date of order placement. Occasional delays may occur due to factors outside of our control, such as adverse weather conditions, logistical network disruptions, or unforeseen operational delays. In such cases, we will work with our shipping partners to assist with tracking and resolution, but we are not liable for delays caused by external circumstances.

Once your order has been shipped, we will send a shipment confirmation with tracking information to the contact details you provided at checkout. You can use the tracking number to monitor the status of your package as it makes its way to you.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active on the carrier’s system after you receive the shipment notification. Temporary delays in tracking updates are normal during the initial stages of transit.

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete, accurate, and secure delivery address at checkout. We are not responsible for lost, misdelivered, or returned packages caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address information provided by the customer.

If your tracking information shows that your package has been marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us promptly through our Contact Us page. We will assist you in investigating the delivery status with the shipping carrier. We recommend also checking with nearby household members, building management, or neighbors as packages may be left in alternate safe locations.

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable — due to reasons including but not limited to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or recipient refusal — we will notify you once we receive the returned package. You may choose to have the order re-shipped to a corrected address, or request a refund for the order value.

For undeliverable packages caused by customer-provided address errors or recipient refusal, re-shipping fees will apply. For packages returned due to errors on our part, we will cover all re-shipping costs at no additional charge to you.
