  • All original packaging, tags, labels, and accompanying accessories must be intact and included
  • The item has not been customized or personalized unless it arrives with a confirmed manufacturing defect or shipping damage
Items that do not meet these criteria will not be eligible for a refund, and we reserve the right to reject returns that fail our quality inspection upon receipt.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund under standard circumstances:
  • Customized or personalized products, including items with custom logos, engravings, or bespoke designs (exceptions apply only for confirmed manufacturing defects or shipping damage)
  • Items that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged due to customer misuse or improper care

How to Initiate a Return

All return requests must be submitted through our Contact Us page. Please do not send returned items back without prior approval from our team, as unauthorized returns may not be processed.
When submitting your request, please include:
  • Your order number
  • The reason for your return
  • Clear photos of the item and its packaging if the request is related to damage, defects, or incorrect items
Our customer service team will review your request and respond with detailed return instructions and the authorized return address.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are determined based on the reason for the return:
  • Returns due to our error: If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will cover all return shipping costs. We will provide a prepaid return label or arrange for return shipping at our expense.
  • Returns for personal reasons: If you are returning an item for personal reasons such as change of mind, style preference, or incorrect size selection, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. Original shipping fees (which are complimentary for all orders) are non-refundable.

Refund Processing

Once we receive your returned item, our team will conduct a quality inspection to confirm eligibility. After inspection and approval:
  • Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days
  • The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase
  • All refunds are processed in United States Dollars (USD), matching the original purchase amount for eligible items
Please note that your bank, credit card provider, or payment platform may require additional processing time to post the refund to your account. This processing time varies by financial institution and is outside of our control.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, with a manufacturing defect, or does not match the items you ordered, please contact us immediately through our Contact Us page upon delivery.
We may request photo documentation of the issue and the original packaging to verify the problem. Once confirmed, we will offer you the option of a free replacement, an exchange, or a full refund. All associated shipping costs for these cases will be covered by us.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, please submit your exchange request through our Contact Us page within the 60-day return window.
Exchange items must meet the same eligibility requirements as returns: unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition. Price differences will be settled in USD — we will refund the difference if the new item costs less, or we will send a payment link for the additional amount if the new item costs more.
Shipping costs for exchanges follow the same guidelines as returns: we cover shipping costs for exchanges caused by our error, and customers cover shipping costs for exchanges requested for personal reasons.

Important Notes

  • All refunds and exchanges are subject to the 60-day return window. Requests submitted after 60 days from delivery will not be accepted.
  • Refunds are only issued to the original payment method. We cannot process refunds to alternative accounts, third-party payment methods, or issue cash refunds.
  • All pricing and refund transactions are denominated in United States Dollars (USD) for consistency.
